Networking & Education Opportunities

IARW-WFLO Annual Convention
Held in conjunction with the Global Cold Chain Expo, this event offers a variety of industry-related programs. Associate members are encouraged to submit presentations for consideration. The convention also offers ample opportunity to network with potential customers via a host of organized social activities, including a golf tournament.

Global Cold Chain Alliance Assembly of Committees
Annually the Global Cold Chain Alliance conducts a series of committee meetings and forums. In total, ten committees meet to discuss current issues in warehouse operations, administration, construction trends, research, transportation and more.

North American Chapters
IARW has six chapters located throughout North America with their own regionally elected officers. Meetings of these groups offer geographically convenient and economically feasible opportunities for meeting with warehouse members, broadening understanding of the industry. Associate members are often invited present at these meetings, as well.

Joint Memberships
IARW associate members can also add membership in the International Association for Cold Storage Construction (IACSC) or the World Food Logistics Organization (WFLO) at discounted rates. Membership in these groups will increase access to potential customers.

Marketing

IARW-WFLO Expo
IARW associate members have the opportunity to exhibit at the Global Cold Chain Expo, held in conjunction with the Annual Convention. Warehousemen attending the convention are executive management who are able to make buying decisions.

Global Cold Chain Directory
As an IARW associate member, your business will have a listing in the annual Global Cold Chain Directory. Published in conjunction with the other GCCA Core Partners, the Directory includes over 500 pages of cold chain providers and is the sourcebook for over 3,000 cold chain professionals and customers searching for cold chain solutions. A searchable, electronic format is also available online from the IARW website www.iarw.org/directory.

Advertising and Sponsorships
Associate Members have the opportunity to advertise in the Global Cold Chain Directory and receive daily exposure for an entire year to a readership tailored to their companies’ products. Additional advertising opportunities are available throughout the year on the IARW website, or in the bimonthly COLD FACTS magazine and eNewsletter. Sponsorship opportunities are also available at many association events.

“Present Your Own Webinar” Program
This exclusive member benefit gives Associate Members (suppliers, consultants, etc.) the opportunity to design and present a training webinar that IARW will host and broadcast to our membership. You can reach hundreds of cold chain professionals through this unique platform.

IARW Logo
All IARW members may use the association’s logos on their website(s), stationery, advertising or other printed materials. This logo represents a “seal of quality,” which is widely recognized by cold chain industry professionals. All members also receive an IARW membership plaque to display onsite.
