Excellence in Performance Seminar: Leaders - The Core of Excellence In Performance

To “Lead the Industry” a successful company must develop a core of leaders. This seminar, led by David Armstrong of BeachStone Associates LLC, will address why a core of leaders is critical to superior results and how both individuals and organizations can improve their approach to leadership development to succeed in conquering the industry. Armstrong has worked in leadership positions for Hill’s Pet Nutrition, Frito Lay/PepsiCo Inc., Diageo, Inc, and AJC International. In his roles he has successfully implemented a wide range of large scale strategic business change initiatives.
