Project Description
The World Food Logistics Organization and its national partner,
the LSU AgCenter, and its international partner, The Cooperative
League, USA (CLUSA) developed and began implementing a three year
development program for the meat, seafood and poultry industries in
Nicaragua. The activity in Nicaragua includes identification and
adoption of at least one postharvest technology for a cold chain
company.
