A: Your Username/Member Login is the email that you have registered with GCCA. If you are unsure which email that is, contact us.
Q: I forgot/do not know my password
A: No problem, click the Member Login link in the upper right hand corner and select the "Forgot your password?" link. You will need to provide the email that you have registered with GCCA.

Find a Third-Party Logistics Provider or Supplier
Q: How can I find a third-party logistics provider or supplier?
A: Check the Global Cold Chain Directory online for a free, convenient way to find third-party logistics providers and suppliers from around the world. All companies listed in the Global Cold Chain Directory are members of GCCA.

Q: How to I manage my membership?
A. In the upper right hand corner select Member Login, which will take you to a login page where you should enter your email and password, and then select My Information from the left navigation sidebar.
Q: How do I renew my membership?
A. Every September, we begin sending renewal notices to existing members via post. We also will publish notices in membership publication and send email reminders.

Q: Can I make purchases online?
A: Yes. You can purchase online training courses, technical manuals, membership plaques, and more in our Online Store. Please note that most products are available to members only. Access information on membership.
Q: I received an online training course or product that is different from the one I ordered. How do I exchange this?
A: No problem. Pleas contact us and specify Order Status in the subject and a replacement will be arranged.
Q: If I pay for my purchases with a credit card, are those transactions secured?
A: When you purchase anything on GCCA.org, you can feel confident that your credit card information is secure.
Q: Can I pay by check or wire transfer?
A: Yes. GCCA accepts checks and wire transfer. Checks should be made payable to Global Cold Chain Alliance (1500 King Street, Suite 201, Alexandria, Virginia 22314-2730 USA). For wire transfer instructions, please contact us.

Q. I haven't been receiving my association eNewsletter or emails from the association, what could be wrong?
A. If you have not been receiving your association eNewsletter or emails from the association it may be getting caught in your spam filter. Please add the domain name @multibriefs.com to your safe sender list. MultiBriefs is now publishing all of our e-Newsletters and your spam filter may not recognize the new sender. Q. How do I subscribe to an eNewsletter?
A. Cold Connection can be sent to any employee of an IARW or WFLO member company. Cool Moves can be sent to any employee of an IRTA member company. Q. How do I subscribe to COLD FACTS magazine?
A. COLD FACTS magazine is sent every other month to 2,500 cold chain professionals. The primary contact at each member company is automatically subscribed to the magazine. To add additional recipients, please contact us.
Q. How do I submit news to be included in an eNewsletter or COLD FACTS magazine?
