Registration Fees

Registration includes all General Sessions and Focus Sessions, the Welcome Reception, Monday lunch and other refreshments in the Expo, and the final afternoon event. Golf participation and tour participation is an extra fee. Learn more about our special events. Guest registration includes the opening and closing General Sessions, two programs, and social events.

Registration Types

• Non-Member ($1,800) – Available to anyone not currently employed by an IARW member company.
• Exhibitor/Sponsor ($925) – Available to all employees of IARW associate member companies exhibiting, sponsoring, or advertising in the onsite program.
• Warehouse Member ($925) – Available to all employees at IARW warehouse member companies.
• Non-Exhibitor/Non-Sponsor ($1,200 ) – Available to all employees of IARW associate member companies
• Guest/Spouse ($400) – Available only to spouses and guests not currently employed in the cold chain industry.
• Warehouse Member First Timer ($825) – Available to anyone who is an employee at an IARW warehouse member company and has never attended the IARW-WFLO Convention & Expo before.

Expo & Education Pass*

Save with our Expo & Education Pass! Warehouse member companies with executives registered for the 2012 IARW-WFLO Convention & Expo can register managers for this special pass that provides access to the sold-out expo and all educational session on Sunday, April 22 and Monday, April 23. Pass holders will be able to browse the expo and attend Scientists Speak, Monday’s General Session, and all focus sessions. This year, we’re also introducing education tracks for our Monday focus sessions. These tracks tailor our world-class educational content to suit specific interests or job responsibilities, which makes the Expo & Education Pass perfect for supervisors and managers in operations, administration, engineering, IT, sales, and more. The pass includes all event materials, Sunday evening receptions, breakfast on Monday, and lunch on Monday.

*To purchase the Expo & Education Pass your company must have at least one registrant at the full Warehouse Member rate of $925 or the full Warehouse Member First-Timer rate of $825. Passes are reserved for mid-level management. Executives are strongly encouraged to register for the full event. The Expo & Education Pass may not be combined with other discounts, including the warehouse First-Timer rate or complimentary registrations. Only available to IARW Warehouse members.

Group Discount*

With over 650 attendees, 15 concurrent educational sessions, and a 98-booth expo, there's a lot of ground to cover at the IARW-WFLO Convention & Expo. Send multiple representatives to ensure your company doesn't miss a thing. For companies sending two or more representatives, purchase one full event registration, and each additional registrant gets $50 off their convention registration! For companies sending four or more representatives, purchase one full price registration and get $100 off each additional registration. Cancellation Policy

There is a $50 cancellation fee before April 1, 2012. There is a $100 cancellation fee after April 1, 2012. There are no refunds after April 21, 2012. To make a substitution at no additional charge, please call IARW-WFLO at +1 703 373 4300.
