The Arizona Desert Museum and the San Xavier Mission is recognized as a world-renowned zoo, natural history museum, and botanical garden. This "living museum" houses over 1200 kinds of plants and 300 species of animals that live in enclosures designed to replicate their niche in the wild. Join us for an exclusive tour of the Arizona Desert Museum and the San Xavier Mission then enjoy a gourmet lunch. Complimentary with spouse/guest registration.

See the best of Tucson, Arizona on two different exclusive tours with IARW-WFLO. Registrants have their pick of two optional tours (see below). Registration coming soon!

Kartchner Caverns- Kept secret since its discovery in 1974, Kartchner Caverns, 12 miles south of Benson, Arizona, was announced to the world in 1988.  Still virtually pristine, this massive limestone cave has 13,000 feet of passages and two rooms as long as football fields.  Finally opened as a state park November 12, 1999, this underground wilderness will remain protected while offering visitors a rare tour through multi-colored cave formations.  The temperature inside the caverns averages 72°F year round, with the humidity at 99%.  This tour is approximately 3.5 hours and is inclusive of round trip transportation, admissions where applicable, bottled water on board, and a JW Marriott Starr Pass Destination Services Guide throughout.  This tour is a rain or shine event. $85.00 per person.

Pima Air & Space Museum- Explore aviation history at the Pima Air & Space Museum, home of the largest privately owned collection of historical aircraft in the country.  From a full-scale model of the Wright Brothers’ 1903 Wright Flyer to a mock up of the world’s fastest aircraft, the SR – 71 Blackbird, this museum is sure to interest everyone! More than 250 military and civilian aircraft are on display, along with engines, flight simulators, uniforms and other aviation memorabilia.  Some of the aircraft at the Pima Air Museum are on loan from the Smithsonian, the Air Force Museum and the Navy.  All craft are significant both in engineering and historical perspective. This tour is approximately 4 hours and is inclusive of round trip transportation, admissions where applicable, bottled water on board, and a JW Marriott Starr Pass Destination Services Guide throughout.  This tour is a rain or shine event. $76.00 per person.

IARW Golf Classic ($)

Tuesday, April 24, 1:00 p.m. | Arnold Palmer Signature Golf Facility
The annual IARW Golf Classic will be held at the beautiful Star Pass Tucson Golf Club, a 27-hole Arnold Palmer Signature Golf Facilitywith a double-loaded driving range. It will be a scramble format golf tournament. Tournament cost is $240 and includes beverages and box lunch of sandwiches and snacks. Rental fees for clubs and shoes are separate from the tournament cost. Learn more about the Star Pass Tucson Golf Club. Registration for the golf tournament can be completed online during event registration. Event registration is required.

Afternoon at the Oasis

Wednesday, April 25, 12:30-3:30 p.m. | Ania Terrace & Pool
Close out the 121st IARW-WFLO Convention and Expo at this fun, private, poolside event! Grab lunch at our delicious complimentary lunch buffet, featuring tasty salads, made-to-order sliders, a "mini" Sonoran hot dog station, and ice cream treats. Then, swing by the open bar and grab a tropical drink or sample a complimentary cigar. And don't forget the games! We'll be playing Bocce Ball, Ping Pong, Foosball, and the Margarita Putting Challenge (putt a lemon to win a Margarita) next to the beautiful Ania Pool. This year's Afternoon at the Oasis will also include a volleyball tournament and a ladder ball tournament. Sign your team up at the pool starting at 12:30 p.m. Winner gets bragging rights for a year!
